Honoring Our Past,
Creating YOUR Future
Junction is blessed with all the natural world has to offer; land, water, wildlife, and friendly people. It’s the kind of place you come to visit and stay to enjoy.

WELCOME TO JUNCTION, TEXAS

Junction and surrounding Kimble County are known as “the land of living waters,” with more rivers, creeks, and streams than any other county in Texas. Recent years have seen steady growth in eco-tourism, and growing numbers of people choosing Kimble County as a retirement destination. More and more young people are also choosing to return after college or following time spent “out in the world” to raise their families in a small-town atmosphere, take on new responsibilities in the family business, or contribute their skills to build a better future for their hometown. And, while Junction is far enough from big metropolitan areas to enjoy nighttime views of the Milky Way, it’s within easy driving distance to San Antonio, Kerrville, Fredericksburg, and Austin, along with many other nearby Hill Country communities.
